Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the website https://film01.cam, including all sub-pages, features, tools, and services made available to registered Users.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus amounts unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin equivalents, or reward-program amounts credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-round placed by a User using real-money or bonus funds on any product offered by film01.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple by which a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures applied to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Applicable Laws" means the laws, regulations, and guidelines in force in the jurisdiction from which the User accesses the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing or using the Platform is expressly forbidden under Applicable Laws or by film01's internal policy.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of film01 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria simultaneously:

1. You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a 21+ age policy in recognition of Indonesia's prevailing social-welfare standards for gaming participation.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any Applicable Laws binding on you personally.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from film01 or any related platform.
5. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any undisclosed third party when funding your Account or placing Wagers.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of film01 or its affiliated service providers.

3 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only on the Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether detected at registration, during KYC review, or at any later stage — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you control and monitor regularly.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• Your date of birth (for age-verification purposes).
• The bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals — these must be registered in your own name (third-party payment methods are not accepted).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. film01 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

film01 may request enhanced KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie photograph with your identity document. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

film01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels available to Users at the time of transaction. Supported methods include major Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000, unless a higher limit has been expressly approved for a User's Account in writing.
• Deposits made via major local bank transfers are typically credited within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB on weekdays). Off-peak and weekend deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• film01 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which film01 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned to the source.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the film01 Account.
• The minimum wi thdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, with a daily aggregate limit of Rp 200,000,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued and processed on the next available banking window.
• film01 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to seventy-two (72) hours without constituting a breach of this Agreement.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

film01 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term prevails only in relation to that promotion.

• Each promotion is available once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Standard Wagering Requirements for deposit-match bonuses are 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus amounts and associated winnings will expire and be removed automatically at the end of this period.
• Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Sports bets on pre-match single markets typically contribute 100%. Live in-play bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the promotion terms.
• film01 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of platform errors.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the Wagering Requirement framework.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and specialty products (including togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — and other formats) offered on film01 are governed by the specific product rules published on the Platform. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before placing any Wager.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. film01 will not reverse a confirmed Wager at a User's request except in cases of a documented Platform error.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), film01 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at film01's discretion, including for individual accounts displaying unusual betting patterns.
• For live in-play betting, odds are subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal without notice. Wagers placed during a temporary suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
• Results and settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; the official lottery provider for togel). film01's settlement decision is final.
• Winnings from casino games, live dealer products, and Pragmatic Play or other provider titles are determined by the game's certified random number generator (RNG). film01 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Responsible Gaming

film01 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of self-management tools available to all registered Users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may cap net losses over a defined period. These limits follow the same processing rules as Deposit Limits.
• Session Time-Out: Users may temporarily suspend access to their Account for a period of their choosing (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a long-term self-exclusion of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Checks: Users may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the total time elapsed and net funds wagered in the current session.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the film01 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of film01 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written consent from film01.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-mining software to extract data or interact with the Platform.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or embed any part of the Platform within another website or application without prior written authorisation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law-enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or Account operation.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to exploit promotional offers, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an artificial advantage.
• Using any software, algorithm, or tool designed to predict outcomes, exploit RNG patterns, or automate betting activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing Wagers based on non-public information in breach of applicable sporting integrity rules.
• Attempting to launder funds or process any transaction connected with illegal activity through the Platform.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code that could impair Platform functionality or compromise other Users' data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing film01 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, film01 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned service interruptions.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from a User's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing delays or failures.

In all cases where film01 is found to be liable, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the affected User during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

film01 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Suspension & Termination

film01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law-enforcement request.
• Extended Account inactivity (no login or Wager activity for a continuous period of twelve months or more).

Upon termination for cause, film01 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, legitimate Account balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible Balance will be disbursed accordingly.

12 Privacy & Data

film01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

film01 employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

13 Amendments

film01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — film01 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice by publishing the updated Agreement on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which film01 operates. This choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the Applicable Laws of your country of residence.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where such negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English.
